Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing Event

As part of the Hunger Hurts - Rotary Helps challenge, the Rotary Club of Rockingham County is partnering with the RISE Faith Community for a Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing Event. The event will take place on Sunday, May 31, at 10:00 a.m., 60 West Market Street (RISE location).

Please join us by donating money towards purchasing meals, helping us pack meals on May 31, or both. Click here to sign-up to volunteer. We definitely want this to be a family friendly event and want all ages represented, however, kids under 10 would not count as an additional volunteer as an adult would need to supervise.

To help raise funds, Thomas Rea (T-Rea) is participating in Pies Against Hunger. $100 guarantees T-Rea a pie to the face at an upcoming RockRotary meeting. Details below. All proceeds benefit Rise Against Hunger.
